To place an order you do not need to register yourself on our website, you can do so if you so wish to and this will mean that future orders will be easier to process.
Your order will only be ready to ship once there is confirmation of payment, until your payment is confirmed we cannot hold the product for you.
All our orders that have had their payment confirmed up until 3 p.m(15h) will be shipped off that day, reaching its destination the following day (mainland Portugal), for other E.U countries give 2 – 3 days for the order to reach its destination. Orders with payment confirmed after 3 p.s (15h) will only be shipped off the following day and will reac their destination in 48 hours.
We are closed on Bank holidays and during the weekend, so any orders placed during these days will be processed the following working day.
We use couriers to deliver our parcels (ex. NACEX, DHL, SEUR, etc). Our parcels are 100% discreet and in plain brown boxes\packages (depending on the size of the order) and have no external reference to our shop or the content of the parcel.
Orders that are 40€ or more, the shipping fees are free.
